Director, Marketing – TPIP Pulmonary Vascular & Fibrotic Lung
Diseases on the Commercial Management team to help us expand what’s
possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the
Global Commercial Lead TPIP, you’ll will lead U.S. professional
marketing strategy and execution for TPIP across the following
indications under investigation: · Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
(PAH) · Pulmonary Hypertension associated with Interstitial Lung
Disease (PH-ILD) · Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) ·
Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis (PPF) What You'll Do: In this role,
you’ll have the opportunity to responsible for developing and
executing U.S. marketing strategies that drive launch readiness,
HCP engagement, and long-term brand growth across the Pulmonary
Vascular & Fibrotic Lung Disease portfolio You’ll also lead: U.S.
Professional Marketing Strategy Develop and execute the U.S.
professional marketing strategy for TPIP across PAH, PH-ILD, IPF,
and PPF. Lead positioning, messaging, and value proposition
development tailored to pulmonologists, ILD specialists,
cardiologists, and specialty community providers. Translate global
brand strategy into U.S.-specific launch plans and tactical
execution. Build omnichannel campaign strategies to support disease
awareness and product differentiation across multiple indications.
Execute congress engagement plans for major medical conferences
Support lifecycle planning and future indication expansion
strategy. Launch Planning & Execution Lead U.S. HCP launch
readiness planning across Pulmonary Vascular & Fibrotic Lung
Diseases. · Develop tactical plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps in
partnership with Commercial Operations and Sales Leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Sales, Market Access,
Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Commercial
Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned and compliant
execution. Collaborate with Global Marketing colleagues (EU/Japan)
to ensure strategic alignment while adapting to U.S. market
dynamics. Market & Competitive Insights Monitor competitive
dynamics, payer landscape shifts, and treatment paradigm evolution
across PAH, PH-ILD, IPF, and PPF. Team & Leadership Contribute to
building and mentoring a strong marketing team environment. May
manage direct reports and/or agency partners as portfolio expands.
Who You Are: You have a bachelors along with 8-10 years of
experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Commercial roles. 5 years of
experience in US Marketing (HCP and/or Payer Marketing). You are or
you also have: Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate
global strategy into U.S. execution. Proven ability to develop and
implement omnichannel marketing strategies delivering measurable
commercial results. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
in complex, matrixed environments. Strong analytical skills and
comfort using data to inform decision-making. Experience navigating
promotional review and regulatory processes. Strong executive
presence with exceptional communication skills. Ability to
influence without authority and drive alignment across functions.
Authentic commitment to patients living with serious or rare
diseases. Nice to have (but not required): MBA or advanced degree
preferred Demonstrated U.S. product launch experience preferred.
Experience in pulmonary, respiratory, cardiopulmonary, rare
disease, or specialty markets strongly preferred. Where You’ll Work
This is a fully remote role. It can be performed effectively from
anywhere while staying connected to your Insmed team and community.
Occasional travel for team meetings or events will be expected.
