If you're innovative and enjoy the thrill of making things happen - share our vision and grow with us. - About the position: We're looking for a Program Manager experienced in core SAP business systems, including the capacity to research and understand the practical applications of SAP system functions as well as practical experience with supply chain concepts in manufacturing operations and project management. You will: Act as a "change agent" - for the company and ensure that process improvement activity is being communicated, understood, and supported within the organization. - Provide leadership and coaching to insure participation and engagement with associates in order to sustain recommended improvements. Work with key MP&L functional leaders to identify efficiency gaps, prioritize opportunities, and manage improvement roadmap for functional strategies. Facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects utilizing Toyota Production Systems (TPS) methodology & tools. - Develop project management documentation including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. - Apply control procedures resulting in permanent corrective action, yield, and productivity improvement. Conduct and lead project workshops with cross-functional business teams. Develop business requirement documentation to support system development and programming functions. Investigate and identify root causes of process performance problems, collaborate with functional owners to correct or develop new processes as appropriate in order to achieve improved performance. Monitor key metrics to measure the business and improve operation processes. Excellent analytical and data driven skills are required to create and/or modify existing procedures or techniques to analyze complex data. Thorough understanding of MP&L - Materials, Planning and Logistics. About remote work: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of the training process. - About you: Requires general business knowledge as would typically be acquired in a Bachelor's degree. Five (5) or more years of experience in specialized field is required. Project management experience is also required.
