Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce
Revenue Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce RCA
(formerly RLM) and a proven track record of successful
implementations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders
to understand business requirements, designing and implementing RCA
solutions, and providing ongoing support and training. As some of
our clients are transitioning from CPQ to RCA, experience with
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced is highly preferred. Knowledge of
Salesforce CPQ is beneficial, but the candidate must be proficient
in RCA and its functionalities.Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze
requirements for RCA implementations.
- Design and implement Salesforce RCA solutions, including CPQ,
Billing, and Contract Management.
- Configure and customize RCA to meet specific business needs,
including product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval
workflows.
- Integration and Training:
- Integrate RCA with other Salesforce clouds and external
systems, such as ERP and accounting software.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user
training sessions.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RCA
implementations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases and best
practices for RCA.
- Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:
- Develop and articulate a clear point of view on industry
trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with practice leads and subject matter experts to share
insights and drive meaningful discussions.
- Share perspectives internally and externally through
presentations, white papers, blogs, and industry
forums.Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on
Revenue Cloud/RLM implementations, demonstrating a deep
understanding of the end-to-end revenue process.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Contract
Management.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and
accounting standards.
- Thorough abilities in the Quote-to-Cash domain and proven
success in leading business discussions and design choices.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving
skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate
them into effective RLM solutions within Salesforce RCA.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified CPQ
Specialist or Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, are
highly desirable.
