Effective February 4, 2018, the Roehl Your Choice Pay Plan will increase mileage rates up to 10%, with experienced drivers earning up to a 5 CPM increase and inexperienced drivers up to a 2 CPM increase. * Experienced drivers will get a 5-cents-per-mile increase at level 10 of the pay plan, and inexperienced drivers will get a 2-cents-per-mile increase at level 1. Based on their performance, Roehl truck drivers can move up in the Your Choice Pay Plan each quarter, and all Roehl pay levels will receive an increase.

Job Overview:

* Operate mainly in the Midwest.
* Weekly Home Time!
* This dedicated truck driving job is for a Class A CDL holder who wants to operate mainly in the Midwest with regional routing through Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
* Trailers are preloaded at Granite City, IL, and you'll keep moving by hauling backloads to the St. Louis area. In some areas, truck parking may be at one of our facilities.
* You'll have weekly home time in this fleet.
* This fleet averages 2,500 miles a week, however some drivers are averaging 3,000 miles per week by running Tuesday to Sunday.
* Home time is at least 34 hours per week
* Consistent customers/lanes
* 75% drop and hook
* You'll drive 5.5 - 6 days a week

Eligibility:

* Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience.
