As a hunter who loves to reach out to business prospects, you provide advice and mentorship to your team on how to grow a network in New York and on how to shape their account portfolio by signing up food retailers, restaurants, bakeries, bars and cafes. You follow-up on the sales goals and performances, and organize events and meetings to energize the team.You report to the Head of Sales and take on an active role in building the sales team.--Candidate profile:

• A first management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Autonomous, proactive, and organized with a good eye for detail.
• Results-focused and driven to crush the targets.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Knowledge and contacts in the food industry is a plus.
