If you have the curiosity & passion for driving our mission together, we would love to hear from you.About the RoleWe are looking for a Team Lead to join our sales team. The sales team is critical to the business's success and is on the front lines, establishing relationships and bringing restaurants onto the platform.In the Sales Team Lead role, you'll work with the rest of the team to reach out to some of the best places to eat and help Seated expand across the country. This will start as a hybrid position where you'll be responsible for your own quota while managing, coaching, and mentoring other team members.We're still a small team, and we're looking for a curious, high-energy, creative person to help us grow. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity for a career.What you'll doHelp shape our future sales strategy as we expand across the country.Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts while mentoring a small group of junior account executives.Coach, motivate and mentor account executives that report directly to you and help them exceed their goals and reach their potential.Use a data-focused approach to improve our funnel metrics.Become an expert in our sales process and product to help to forecast goals and provide feedback to Sales LeadershipBuild processes to test and implement a variety of selling strategies to improve how we communicate our value to prospective partnersWork closely with Sales Leadership in order to create and execute strategies, launch new markets, and launch new verticalsLead the team to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsAssist in the recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a high performing sales teamWhat you'll bringYou're a true Sales Coach with experience mentoring and motivating sales teams.You're internally motivated - Seated is a startup, and you're expected to be able to get things done.You're flexible and adaptable.
