    The Role:

    Plentific is looking for a Sales Director focused on the single and/or multi-family rental sectors, reporting into the US VP of Sales.

    We understand our customers business before we get to the technology. This approach leads to smart technology solutions; streamlining old and complex processes, saving money on repairs and management, delivering a positive change to both customers and the local community.

    As a sales leader you will primarily be focused on delivering new revenue to the organization but also help build and manage a team of sales executives and demonstrate exemplary leadership and initiative, with a personable approach to driving team performance growth. You will be used to delivering against revenue targets, be driven by passion and be responsible for your teams performance in persuading real estate owners and operators to work with Plentific. You will have extensive experience of SaaS sales in a relevant sector (real estate). You will be connecting with those you already know and building relationships with those you dont. You will be investigating the sector as you build the pipeline, proposing the benefits of our solutions and guiding the key stakeholders to a decision to use Plentific.

    Key to this role will be a focus on new client acquisition to drive rapid revenue growth in partnership with our Revenue Operations and implementation teams, with a secondary focus on partnering with / mentoring more junior team members as we further scale our sales function

    Responsibilities:

    Driving revenue growth
    • Your teams results will directly impact the overall growth of Plentific. You will be a master at senior level client engagement and impact how your customers do business in a rapidly evolving ecosystem
    • Develop a pipeline of new prospective clients across the single and/or multi-family sectors
    • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior management via our CRM
    • Significant contribution to lead generation campaigns and activities, working closely with Growth Marketing
    • Deftly manage client issues and escalations, creating positive outcomes and enhancing trust through the onboarding process
    • An unwavering focus to deliver against Plentifics business plan, contributing suggestions to maximize sales opportunities
    • Monitor and suggest improvements to scale Plentific faster by leveraging the go-to-market strategy / sales operations

      Sales leadership / mentoring
      • Support and guide direct reports as the team grows, participating and/or leading client and prospect meetings when required.
      • Help your direct reports to find creative solutions to complex client challenges.
      • Delivery of regular training for your direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins.

        Requirements
        • A proven SaaS sales leader in a sector directly relevant to Plentific (10+ years)
        • In depth knowledge of Single Family Rental and Multi-Family in the built environment
        • Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success
        • Consultative selling experience with the ability to find creative solutions
        • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
        • Excellent negotiation skills
        • Proactive individual keen to work in a fast paced environment
        • Has a strong drive for results
        • Strong business acumen
