• Maintain vendor contact lists and account info
• Issue Purchase Orders
• Material take-offs to determine order quantities
• Maintain and file quotations
• Bid analysis using Bid Comparison tools
• Track and update Job Readiness spreadsheets
• Coordinate payments and logistics for inbound materials
• Work cross-functionally to support staff across the organization
• Reconcile material shortages
• Maintain Inventory Control throughout the plant
• Support all ERP process requirements
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and expand the vendor baseQualifications

  • Computer skills; Excel, ERP, Microsoft Office
  • Team player among all levels of the organization working together to achieve business objectivesEducation and Experience:
    • BS degree in Finance, Construction Management, or Accounting preferred.
