Job Title:Front Desk Agent

Department:Front Office/Guest Services

Reports to: Front Office Supervisor

Our Front Desk team is made up of courteous and specially trained members who are responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Must-Have Personal Qualifications:

• Guest Service or Front Desk experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional Guest Service skills required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older Primary Responsibilities:
  • Checking guests in and out of their rooms.
  • Assisting with questions guests may have.
  • Answering and directing calls as need.
