development startup, is hiring Sales Development Representatives to
help accelerate top-of-funnel growth. This role is ideal for highly
motivated, early-career professionals who are hungry to learn,
creative in their outreach, and excited to build a pipeline in a
fast-moving technical environment. We're looking for someone who
thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of results, and wants to make
a meaningful impact at an early-stage company. Responsibilities:
Generate new business pipeline through research, outbound
prospecting, and targeted outreach into technical and
developer-focused accounts Craft highly personalized messaging that
resonates with engineers, AI teams, and technical buyers
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine
ICPs, messaging, and outbound strategies Take ownership of your
funnel by building efficient prospecting systems and identifying
opportunities to scale outreach Act as a frontline voice of the
market, sharing insights on messaging, objections, and trends
directly with the founding team Qualifications: 0–1 years of sales
or prospecting experience — strong new grads encouraged to apply
Entrepreneurial, athletic, or competitive backgrounds preferred
Experience with outbound sales motions (not solely inbound) Track
record of strong activity levels and pipeline contribution
Familiarity with GTM tools such as Unify, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, or CRM platforms is a plus Strong written communication
skills and ability to craft tailored outreach High drive,
intellectual curiosity, coachability, and a low-ego team
mindset
