1 Business Development Representative to help expand our reach into
industries that rely on high-precision, small-to-mid-run 2D sheet
metal components. This is an entry-level role focused on opening
doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities for our
leadership and engineering teams to evaluate. You won’t quote jobs
or manage accounts. Your job is to connect ODMF with the right
people in the right companies—and help build partnerships that
last. What You’ll Do: Research and identify high-value companies
across aerospace, defense, industrial, medical/pharma, and
manufacturing sectors Build structured outreach lists and initiate
contact through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events Start
genuine conversations with engineers, buyers, project managers, and
decision-makers Communicate ODMF’s capabilities clearly and
professionally Schedule intro and discovery meetings between
prospects and ODMF leadership Document outreach, conversations, and
opportunities with accuracy and consistency Provide clean,
organized handoffs for internal review—no guesswork, no confusion
What You Need: 0–2 years of experience in B2B customer outreach, or
business development Strong communication skills—clear, confident,
respectful Comfort initiating conversations and performing
structured outreach Curiosity about manufacturing and how things
are built Solid organization and follow-through A self-directed,
reliable work style Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a
fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and Insurability
Compensation & Benefits: $58,000–$65,000/year based on experience
Incentive Potential: Opportunity-based bonuses tied to qualified
introduction Annual Bonus Potential: Up to 5% of base salary Paid
