fast-growing facial bar franchise, is hiring a sales-driven Manager
to lead a high-energy team, grow memberships, and deliver an
elevated client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with
real growth potential. The Sales & Operations Manager will work
directly with the local owner who operates multiple locations in
New Jersey and Florida and is actively expanding to bring
efficient, high-quality skincare services to more clients. This is
a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales and customer

their proven strategies to grow and attract a strong client base!
Role Overview Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager Job Type:
Full-Time W2 Employee Reports To: Franchise Business Owner
Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Edgewater, NJ Compensation: $60,000 to
$65,000 Base Salary plus bonus and incentive (total compensation
estimated at $72,000 to $78,000 based on salary and goal
achievement) A Day in the Life: Drive performance through
membership sales, rebooking, retail, and service revenue. Create a
strong culture of service, accountability, and education. Coach,
motivate, and develop your team to hit individual and center goals.
Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory,
and performance reviews. Execute promotions, events, and local
marketing initiatives to grow the client base. Partner with

Fit For You If You: Have 4–5 years of people management experience,
preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or membership-based
businesses Are fluent in reading a P&L, analyzing the financial
impact of initiatives, forecasting business needs, and creating
reports to measure success Have a proven track record in sales
leadership and team development, including implementing detailed
processes and demonstrating their impact Lead with empathy,
balancing care for your team and clients with a results-driven,
customer-centric mindset Are passionate about skincare, client
experience, and delivering measurable results Possess strong
communication, coaching, and organizational skills Are available to
