POSITION SUMMARY The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for generating awareness, creating demand, and generating sales of SP's products including bath partitions and lockers among dealer partners, facility managers, and architects in their geographic area of responsibility. Essential Functions Statement(s) Develops and implements sales strategies to increase business and accomplish quarterly goals. Drives and increases revenue growth and profitability by advanced market segmentation methodologies. Develop and cultivate relationships with Distributor/Dealer management and makes regular sales calls on these accounts to align objectives. Delivers regular feedback to senior management regarding performance and development needs, as well as market information. Meet with architects to generate awareness and understanding of SP's products and convert them to ongoing specificities. Provide in-field training to dealers, architects, and end users as appropriate. Answer key influences questions about products, prices, availability, applications and terms. Create and maintain current customer records using company provided automated systems (eg CRM). Monitor and operate within an annual SG&A Budget, completing expense reports, sales reports and other paperwork. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the SP Products Inc. product line. Develop a comprehensive sales portfolio within all appropriate sales channels: Section 10/8/9 dealers, GSA, National Accounts, plumbing wholesale and stocking dealers. Utilize lead generation tools including McGraw-Hill and other architectural databases to close identified quotes/leads. Work closely with dealers, facility managers, general contractors, and Scranton Products sales/customer service to prevent and/or solve product related field claims, concerns or issues. Performs other assignments as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Required Experience: 4 plus years of experience Computer Skills: Applies skills in MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Use of computer to enter data, create reports, correspondence, etc. Certifications & Licenses: Valid Drivers' License.
