Job Description:
Gentex Corporation, a leader in automotive technology
innovations, is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our
dynamic team. This role is pivotal for maintaining our commitment
to excellence in producing cutting-edge automotive safety and
security devices. Our Quality Engineers play a critical role in
enhancing the integrity and reliability of our automatic-dimming
mirrors and advanced driver-assistance systems. The ideal candidate
will be deeply involved in developing, implementing, and
maintaining quality assurance protocols that align with our
organizational goals and production standards. Develop and
implement quality management systems in manufacturing processes.
Conduct assessments and audits, ensuring alignment with internal
and external quality standards. Analyze production data, identify
trends, and recommend corrective actions to enhance product
quality. Collaborate with product development and engineering teams
to define clear quality criteria for new products. Conduct
systematic failure analysis and root cause analysis for product
issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing
production efficiency and product quality. Prepare detailed reports
on quality issues and performance metrics for upper management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in
statistical analysis software and other quality assurance tools.
Excellent leadership and project management abilities. In-depth
knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards. Ability
to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Medical
