Description Cell & Gene Therapy - performs analytical testing in
support of viral vectors and cell therapy products to provide data
regarding purity, impurities, infectivity/performance,
concentration, and safety of samples. Performs a wide range of
analyses (routine and non-routine) primarily but not limited to the
molecular, cell biology, and virology test areas of
Biopharmaceutical Services. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field Ability
to work in the US without immediate or potential future sponsorship
At least 1 year of GMP experience At least 1 year of Chromatography
experience Biochemistry and/or Biologics experience preferred
Experience in other biochemistry techniques (CE-SDS, DLS) preferred
The ideal candidate: Demonstrate understanding of LEAN principles
in a laboratory space and ability to apply them to guarantee
Quality of deliverables and efficiently execute time sensitive
laboratory analysis. Excellent communication (oral and written),
attention to detail, ability to prioritize time-sensitive
activities and responsive to Management guidance. Ability to work
independently and as part of the Cell & Gene Therapy team, show
self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards
day-to-day business challenges. Ability to learn new techniques,
perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records,
follow instructions, and comply with company standard operating
procedures and policies. Additional Information Working schedule
will be Full-Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates
currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are
encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. This position is
