Job Description:
Our client, a leading designer and manufacturer in the storage
solutions industry, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their
team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the quality
assurance department supporting production operations. The ideal
candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive
mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, which
will align successfully with the organization. This position is a
Direct Hire opportunity. Job Title: Quality Technician (DIRECT
HIRE) Location: Littlestown, PA Pay Range: $65,000 - $72,000 Shift:
1st Shift (530am-4pm) What's the Job? Inspect and test materials,
equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications
are met. Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to implement quality
control systems, standards, and procedures. Investigate and
troubleshoot product or production issues effectively. Develop
corrective actions, solutions, and improvements to enhance quality
performance. Work directly with machine operators and line
attendants to identify and address quality defects. What's Needed?
Degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a
Technical Trade preferred. ASQ certification preferred. Able to
create SOPs 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality
assurance, inspections, or a similar role. Experience with quality
system tools and gauges. Excellent troubleshooting skills and
hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
