Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of the
interdisciplinary hospice team, providing comprehensive care to
patients and families facing terminal illness and bereavement.
Responsibilities include assessment, care coordination, supervision
of delegated tasks, patient education, and participation in team
and quality improvement activities.
RN ensures compliance with policies, develops individualized care
plans, and advocates for patient needs while delivering skilled
nursing services both in inpatient and home settings.
Must have valid licensure, at least two years of hospice or
community health experience, reliable transportation, and good
communication skills.
Physical demands include patient lifting, walking, and visual
requirements. The role offers competitive pay ($34-$35/hr),
