Job Title: Paralegal

Location: New York, NY, 10035

Duration: 06 Months (Hybrid- Role)

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team.
This role involves supporting various legal functions, including the management of disclosures, contracts, and intellectual property matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal processes and be able to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of disclosures and machine-readable contracts.
Support the preparation and management of licenses and other legal contracts.
Aid in internal enforcement and litigation efforts as required.
Manage invoices from external counsel and service providers.
Contribute to corporate, regulatory, litigation, and intellectual property matters as needed.
Perform other duties consistent with the position as necessary.


Required Skills
Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about contracts.
Experience with intellectual property concepts, law, and procedures is preferred.


Education:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role, with a preference for intellectual property experience.
