This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while offering long-term professional growth and partnership potential. Assignment Details Outpatient-only practice 8-hour shifts 40 hours per week (full-time option) Flexible scheduling available In-person patient care Compensation: Inquire for details Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive outpatient consultations for adult patients. Diagnose and manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disorders, metabolic conditions, and infectious diseases. Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, screenings, and lifestyle counseling. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through ongoing follow-up. Coordinate care with subspecialists to ensure continuity and comprehensive management. Maintain accurate documentation and patient charting within EMR/EHR systems. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (BC/BE). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred. Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in adult medicine. Experience managing chronic disease and preventive care initiatives. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
